I discovered I had issues with gluten and wheat about 3 years ago. Being a massive fan of eating out and someone who really enjoys food, I have since made it my mission to find out where the best places to eat in London are if you are Coeliac. I'll also put up my favourite recipes and other good websites/blogs that I like. All I can guarantee is that there's no gluten here. This is a gluten-free zone. Down with gluten.

G-f Hot Cross Buns...
I think Sainsbury's g-f hot cross buns are pretty good - nice and spicy and delicious just with butter... Happy Easter!
Thought I would add a comment to anyone visiting Sydney, Australia. It is gluten free heaven. They are well informed regarding allergies of all description and you will always find a gluten free option no matter where you eat. Because of the cultural mix and huge asian influence they are used to offering an alternative. They are also extremely postive about trying to accomodate you. Coffee and cake is to be relished in there.
